In the second half of 2010, we began and entered into the domestic market,meanwhile,still keep a good long-term cooperations relationship with our foreign customers.
Successively founded in Hong Kong's central district: Italian heart grace textile co., LTD. (new tianyuan sales office) in Hong Kong. After that, another sales office was established in guangzhou: Guangzhou Xinyu Textile Co., LTD. We have got some big clients in domestic, such as: K-BOXING, JOEONE, TRIES, GXG, OCHIRLY, Cabbeen, LAXDN, MENSEYE.
Spinning products introduction:
The spun yarn is colored in the fiber. It is colored in the process of producing fiber masterbatch, so it is absolutely eco friendly.
With the colored fibers, we don’t need the chemical dying on spinning, weaving, finishing.
So the whole production process consumes less water, possibly 20 tons per km, compared to the dyeing cloth, setting machine temperature can be reduced by more than 15 degrees, it needs only six hours for the whole production process, while the dyeing cloth and production cycle is normally 5-7 days.
Compared to the dyed fabric, the biggest advantage of colored fabric is the continuity of the right colors.
Dyed fabric of each cylinder is 1000 metres around, there must be some differences by one cylinder from other cylinders, most of the time there will be with lot colors difference, it caused a lot of troubles.
Due to the fiber coloring,the spinning cloth could reach 50 tons, can be ensured that 100,000 meters without colors difference, this is impossible for yarn-dyed fabric.
Since from 2010, the company catered for the national environmental protection requirements of energy saving, successfully developed the TR color spinning series products,.
It has the energy conservation and eco friendly, good color fastness, chromatism, zero differential cylinder, zero differential lot colors, and its quality is stable.
Color spinning products mainly produced in Turkey, Italy and other advanced countries, quality is good but the cost is high.
